About Rosa Hoody
Rosa Hoody is sold in Light and Dark grades that look like different stones: Light has a pale pink field with fine white and grey flecks, while Dark is a deep pink-red packed with charcoal and burgundy crystals. Always specify the grade and approve a slab photo. Both share a dense, evenly distributed crystal structure with low porosity, so they are used for exterior cladding and paving as well as kitchens. Polished brings up the pink; flamed and bush-hammered finishes add grip outdoors. It is a bolder alternative to the softer Rose El Nasr. Contact us for available sizes and finishes.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Rosa Hoody Light and Dark?
They are grades of the same Egyptian pink granite. Light is a soft pale pink with fine white and grey flecks; Dark is a saturated pink-red with heavy black and burgundy speckle. Dark hides wear better; Light reads brighter in interiors.
Is Rosa Hoody suitable for kitchen countertops?
Yes. Suppliers list it for countertops, islands and splashbacks, citing heat and scratch resistance and low porosity. Polished is standard for kitchens; seal it to protect against staining.
